Why should I hire a wedding coordinator?

Answer:

There are so many logistics and details that need to be attended to the day of the wedding, and putting that burden on a parent, a bridal party member or a friend means they will miss out on sharing your day with you because they will be trying to stay on top of everything that is going on “behind the scenes”. When you hire a wedding coordinator who is an expert in everything that has to happen the day of the wedding, the only thing you, your family and friends have to do is soak in every moment of the day.

Question:

Do you get kickbacks from the vendors you refer?

Answer:

Never. If a vendor is willing to reduce their fee because of the referral, then we pass that savings on to you. We only recommend vendors with whom we have worked and whose product and service we found to be exemplary. The vendors we recommend fall into a wide fee structure to ensure they can fit into just about everyone’s budget.

Question:

What types of weddings have you done in the past?

Answer:

For over 30 years, we have done traditional weddings, LGBT weddings/commitment ceremonies and vow renewals for as few as 10 people and as many as several hundred. We have done weddings and receptions in churches, temples, parks, mansions, restaurants, clubs, resorts, hotels, on the beach and more! From super casual to ultra-formal, we have handled it all.

Are you willing to travel?

Answer:

Absolutely! Additional fees may apply to cover travel expenses. As the song goes, “where you lead, I will follow”!
